Young teen, feeling alone, no friends of his own.
Seen disaster,  he was missing a father.
Needing brothers to console the problems that came along.
You know who he is?
The man now grown. the one your son puts on the fridge.
The hero of your kids, that’s LeBron I depict.
Or young Michael Oher, did you know them before here?
They were kids up on the side, for interaction they feared.
Sports became their career, building the leadership.  Do you remember when saying their chances of success was compared to a microchip?
But through the teamwork that became equipped, they found them some brothers.
An excuse to be away from the problem of others.
Found them some long time lovers, through some real time dreams.
From them b ball sneaks and football cleats.
Now on the grid they deplete of growing as failures.
Doubters deferred, now everyone is hearing their slur.
Their vision no longer blur, for the things that came through that.
They learned & became firm of what came with an athletic shoe.
Leaders of kids with hard times who made it through……
